Flexi tank is a bag for liquid transport up to 24 tons in 20 and 40 foot containers.

The standard Flexi is made of polyethylene and polypropylene. The capacity could be between 16,000 liters to 24,000 liters.

1. Flexi tanks can be loaded from 16,000 to 24,000 liters contents. The volume of loading depends on the density of the liquid, and loaded weight shouldn’t be more than 24 Mts.
2. Maximum loading temperature up to 70 centigrade.
3. Minimum loading temperature up to 10 centigrade.
4. Including thermometer showing the inside temperature.
5. Including loading speed of 800 liters in a minute or 50 CBM in each hour.

Recycling:

Polyethylene is proved to be very proper and suitable for recycling. Polyethylene, a thermoplastic which can be melted and changed into another substance, has been recognized as one of the environmentally friendly materials.

Removing:

Burning is the best method to remove. To do so, Flexi tanks should be delivered to licensable and allowed factories, or after drying Flexi tank thoroughly, discharge and loading valves of the flexi is separated and the Flexi tank should be disintegrated into small pieces (each piece’s length not more than 1 square meter) and at last these pieces would be delivered to allowed removing or recycling factories.

Bitumen tank containers are used for the transport and storage of all types of bulk bitumen, emulsions, cutbacks, PMBs and heavy fuel oils. They maximize product carrying capacity within the constraints of a standard ISO shipping slot space. Bitumen tanks are ideal for temporary storage depots and job sites.

• Heating systems include direct fire, thermal oil and electric or combinations

Bitutainers are supplied with factory installed heater tubes. Therefore, Burner Sets and other equipment can be used for heating the bitumen. This equipment includes Direct Fire Diesel or LPG Burners, inserting electric elements into the direct fire heating tubes or by using Thermal Oil from an existing circuit. Direct Fire heating is the most popular option.

Typically, it will take 10 hours to heat a full Bitutainer from ambient (approx. 20°C) to pumping temperate (approx. 140°C).

The 300 Kg Bitubag is filled with bitumen that is exactly cooled down to a temperature slightly higher than the softening point – and lower than the melting point of the plastic liner material of the bag into a special Polyolefin Bag and is let down to harden and become solid for easy handling and cold transportation. The inner bag is placed in a very solid and firmly designed 3ply outer layer of special polymeric bags. These bags are environmentally friendly and safe to handle, as it allows transportation and storage of large quantities of bitumen for long periods of time reducing energy costs and avoiding any left overs in drums or un-necessary heating like in bulk vessels.

The core element is the Bitubag packing system; a light–weight, durable and flexible bag optimized for container transports that enables a number of economic and logistic advantages for the entire supply chain.
